Returns & Exchange Policy

At AMAFHH Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We create original signature scents and want every customer to be confident in their purchase.

If your fragrance does not meet your expectations, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
The perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the original product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
This policy applies to purchases made through our online store only.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

You are not satisfied with the fragrance.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
The atomizer/sprayer is not functioning properly.
You received the wrong item.

Processing Time

Return and exchange requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your fragrance for another AMAFHH Perfumes product:

Contact our customer support team.
Return the original product according to our guidelines.
Once received and approved, we will provide a store credit or facilitate an exchange for another fragrance of your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account.
Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by AMAFHH Perfumes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, AMAFHH Perfumes will cover the replacement and applicable return shipping costs.

Important Notes

Excessively used products (more than 10% consumed) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products intentionally damaged, altered, or misused are not eligible.
AMAFHH Perfumes reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
